Varun joined Quadrant in 2026. Varun was previously an Investment Banking Analyst at UBS, where he was involved in a number of M&A and financing transactions, advising corporate and financial sponsor clients across industrials, consumer and TMT sectors. Varun also has experience working on leveraged capital markets solutions and across the FX Sales Desk and Investment Banking Division.
