Michael joined Quadrant in 2026 and is responsible for leading deal origination and portfolio management activity in the Strategic Equity fund. Michael has extensive experience partnering with founder-led and growth businesses across a range of sectors. Prior to joining Quadrant, Michael was a Director at Ellerston Capital, where he led minority growth investments across the firm’s private equity funds. Earlier in his career, Michael worked across growth equity and buyout investments in the Private Equity division of IFM Investors.
