Lucy joined Quadrant in 2025. Before joining Quadrant, Lucy spent two years as a Consultant in ERM's Corporate Sustainability and Climate Change team. Prior to ERM, Lucy was a Consultant in PWC's Integrated Infrastructure practice and she also worked in Deloitte's Climate Risk team.
