Lauren joined Quadrant in 2026 as Head of Investor Relations and leads engagement with investors across all channels. Lauren brings over 13 years of experience in client strategy and relationship management, most recently as a Vice President in Business Development & Investor Relations at Shenkman Capital in London, where she managed global client relationships and drove growth initiatives across Australia, the UK and Europe. Earlier in her career, Lauren held business development and client engagement roles at Schroders and PwC, supporting the growth of institutional and wealth client relationships.
