Johnny joined Quadrant in 2023 and is responsible for leading deal origination and portfolio management activity in the Quadrant Growth funds. He was formerly a Partner at Navis Capital where he spent 12 years focused on growth investing in Australia, New Zealand and Asia across a number of industries including healthcare, education, software and automotive. Johnny began his career with Macquarie Capital in the General Industrials Investment Banking team focused on consumer and private equity coverage.
