Our investment criteria include:

  • An enterprise value of $100 million to $300 million;
  • A talented management team with a proven track record in their business;
  • A profitable business;
  • An established position in a well defined growing market niche;
  • Products and services with a sustainable competitive advantage in their markets; and
  • A clear strategy for exit.
Quadrant Private Equity will invest between $40 million and $100 million, although larger amounts can be arranged by syndication with other institutional investors.
